Just after taking this a cyclist went by and narrowly avoided a car turning across the cycle path which was unable to see because of the van being 'parked' like this. Its genuinely no exaggeration to say that a cyclist will be seriously injured or killed here if nothing is done. t.co/CrqZEu4ygU
