Bilsland Drive at the junction with Balmore Road, a short distance after the end of the pop-up cycle lane. Since the inside of the carriageway was occupied with queuing traffic, the cyclist seen in #151391 had no option but to queue with the car traffic, and thus ended up missing the green light.
