Unusual feature on A1307 cycleway.

Well it was unusual to me and my co-rider: a photomap editor says: "when you say 'unusual feature', it's a perfectly normal layby for emergency vehicles and large loads - designed for drainage and to not attract regular drivers to pull over there."
