[Image taken 11.10.21] Leeman Road, Memorial Gardens, York. This is part of the Scarborough Bridge to Ouse Bridge Flood Scheme diversion. A sand bag used for stabilising a temporary sign has split and been moved/removed. But the sand – a slip and skid hazard - remains. And it disperses. This issue today see also: #174803, #174804.
