With the local elections approaching, I'd have thought that there would be a little more urgency to get the cycle routes that have been built already properly up and running, but no, the Argyle Street crossing has been rebagged. (See also #178777.)

I do wonder why this side has two cycle traffic signals, and the opposite side has just one.
