[Image taken 30.1.23] The retail parks link, looking towards the zebra crossing to Dunelm (Clifton Moor phase 3 site), off Stirling Road, Clifton Moor, York. [NOTE: No street view at this exact location] The York Walking and Cycling Officer and I met the new maintenance manager for this retail park here in early January 2023. This link route is critical for the full spectrum of non motorised user to get between the site with Dunelm and Ten Pin, etc, and the retail park with Tesco, etc. But it's narrow. And the sight lines are not good at this end or part way along. The person said, on the right-hand side he could cut back the foliage that was encroaching above ground and the growth on the tarmac. This would return the route to its maximum width. I saw today he has done this. Further images showing the improvements clearing makes here today: #190550, #190551, #190553.
