The cycle lights on the two-way cycle track in this picture are for cyclists turning right ONLY. The left turn into the contraflow cycle lane on Elderslie Street (see #31114) is an unsignalled manoeuvre and traffic may be coming in conflicting directions even if the cycle lights are on green!
