Needlessly narrow shared-use footway on Haggs Road at side road crossing. The pedestrian guard rails have all been covered with banners, meaning small children will be completely hidden from the view of drivers. The vertical bars in the lower sections of these railings are staggered specifically to INCREASE visibility.
