The cycleway and footway are vulnerable to rogue car parking in this area. The width of the junction opening doesn't help with this. But are those yellow painted markings indicating a rethink on the kerbs?

UPDATE: #71206 shows new kerb arrangement, as well as continuing car parking problem.
