A van parked on the footway outside West Street subway startion, when there is plenty of space to park legally and for free on the road.

The cycle route crosses the footway to join the segregated cycle track on the other side of the road closure, but the 'Cycles Only' sign seen in #25347 has disappered. Support for left turns onto Scotland Street (see also #70779) is very poor.
