The toucan crossing midway along North Canal Bank Street has been installed, but the tactile paving is still the incorrect corduroy (hazard) rather than the cycleway type. The top surface for both the cycleway and carriageway remains to be … [more]

The replacement Sighthill footbridge is now in place across the M8 motorway. See also #172744.

A raised crossing at this side access point, but not quite a continuous footway/cycleway.

Traffic signals being installed on Lochburn Road at the canal bridge. Low-level cycle signals have been included for cyclists going along Lochburn Road. [Now they are operational, the low-level signals give cyclists a head-start of a few … [more]

Sustainable drainage provides space for roadworks signs! Beyond the sign, there's another of those mysterious ramps as in #112831.

The new cycleway along St Rollox Drive leads onto this footway which has not been upgraded. It is obstructed ahead by utilities work and the only way onto the road is across the grass. There's also a 'No Cycling' sign on the back of the … [more]

Cycling home with Flora along Pollokshaws Road. Traffic management for the shared path resurfacing better cycle provision than path itself! Buy hey, 6 lanes for motors obviously essential https://t.co/Whhbubr5SC

A new cycle route under construction on Archerhill Road, leading to the BMX Centre at Knightswood Park. A staggered pedestrian crossing across the road (signalled) and cycleway (probably zebra). I think the cycleway is to be segregated … [more]

The entrance to Richmond Park now doubles as the construction site entrance. NCN756 is unuseable since there is no way through to the riverside other than the steps next to Rutherglen Bridge (see #95375).

Looking through the compound gate, a new road has been built through what was Richmond Park. I don't suppose that row of trees on the right is staying much longer.

Slow progress on the parallel cycle/zebra crossing on Govan Road.

New-build residential blocks on the Surrey Street alignment.

Newly-built dead-end street, opposite #71048.
